You will take ownership of your work and contribute to delivering solutions that create real, lasting impact.</p>\n<p><span>Your responsibilities include</span><span>:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and workshops to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across clinical and Life Sciences domains</span></li>\n<li><span>Translate complex business needs into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in line with agile best practices</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical/AI development teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span>Assess client current-state processes, pain points, and data landscapes to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement</span></li>\n<li><span>Define and validate AI use cases in clinical development — including areas such as trial design, site selection, patient recruitment, clinical data management, and safety reporting</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to ensure AI solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to client goals</span></li>\n<li><span>Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training documentation, and adoption planning</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, client presentations, and the articulation of AI solution value</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You bring:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, consulting, or a related role within the Life Sciences industry</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience in the Clinical domain — including clinical operations, clinical data management, trial design, or regulatory processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in writing user stories in standard format with clear acceptance criteria</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and BA artefacts (e.g. process flows, use cases, backlog management)</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills — able to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working on AI, data, or digital transformation projects, with an understanding of how AI systems are conceived, developed, and validated</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently in a remote environment across US or Canadian time zones</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with AI or ML-enabled tools in clinical development (e.g. trial optimisation, eClinical platforms, NLP in medical writing)</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with GxP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory considerations relevant to AI in clinical contexts</span></li>\n<li><span>Prior consulting experience at a Life Sciences technology or strategy firm</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of data platforms commonly used in clinical settings (e.g. Veeva, Medidata, Oracle Health Sciences)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p> <span>This position is offered in United States and Canada.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who is BASE life science?</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p>Founded in 2007, BASE life science is a business and technology consulting enterprise working exclusively in the life sciences industry.</p>\n<p>With headquarters in Denmark and offices across Europe and the United States, we support clients globally.
