This position requires knowledge of both structural and non-structural body repair, knowledge of automotive systems, sheet metal repair, and welded panel replacement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>All phases of collision repair (light to heavy).</li><li>An ability to identify and determine parts required for repair, review estimates, work orders, and Body Shop Estimators’ estimate notes, follow manufacturer guidelines; notify your Estimator of any supplemental add-ons.</li><li>Attention to detail – meticulous in work, process driven, detail-oriented, and strive to maintain high productivity levels and targeted ECD’s</li><li>Maintain work area appearance and safety.</li><li>We offer:</li><li>$1,000 tool allowance to be paid on the anniversary of the service date.</li><li>Competitive pay with monthly incentives.</li><li>Earn up to ten days of Paid Time Off in your first year!</li><li>A Great Working Environment in a team-oriented setting.</li><li>5-Day work schedule.</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Additional Life Insurance.</li><li>401(k) with a company match.</li><li>Vacation savings program with a company match.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>GLF123</p><p><br></p>",
