This program is designed to provide real-world training in workforce and economic development, business growth, sustainability, and housing initiatives.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>1. Workforce &amp; Business Development</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Assist in workforce training programs, helping businesses and individuals access employment resources.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Support small business growth by identifying grants, funding opportunities, and economic incentives.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Research workforce trends and help develop strategies to improve employment opportunities.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>2. Community Outreach &amp; Event Planning</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Organize bi-weekly community marketplace events, recruiting small businesses to showcase products and services.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Assist in fundraising campaigns, ensuring a portion of vendor sales supports workforce and community programs.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Develop workshops and training programs to educate individuals on economic sustainability.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>3.
