    "description_html": "<p><strong>Electric Machinery Company. a division of WEG Electric Corp.</strong></p><p><strong>Minneapolis, Minnesota</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position:</strong> <strong>Facilitator (Learning, Development, and Training) - 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am)</strong></p><p>Department: Production</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Primary Objective of Position:</strong></u></p><p>Responsible for the organization, preparation, and execution in Production; keeping employees trained and prepared aiming at meeting requirements of quality, productivity, knowledge of processes, safety at Electric Machinery Company and work environment. Partnering with Production employees to ensure active participation in training opportunities. Fosters a culture and practices the principles of continuous learning, improvement and excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Major Areas of Accountability:</strong></u></p><ul><li>First point of contact for Production employees regarding training needs and plans, deficiencies or suggestions.</li><li>Provides theoretical and practical training with emphasis on new hires and on the development of critical operations, as well as on the preparation of employees to perform new functions, and aiming at multifunctionality.</li><li>Matrix training activities; keeping matrix and training updated, and enter trainings for Production employees.</li><li>Maintains accurate training records of all scheduled and completed training. Monitors and communicates weekly summary of training hours to all shop employees.</li><li>Runs periodical reports of employee trainings carried out for information and appraisal of the Production Supervisor.</li><li>Researches and proposes external training resources based on company need. Schedules courses onsite, coordinate required course materials, classrooms and facilities for trainings.</li><li>Evaluates Training Objectives; creates Action Plans to meet objectives.</li><li>Creates, Manages, and Updates; Operation Standards.</li><li>Nonconformities Evaluation QCs (Root Cause); develops Action Plan and implements Actions.</li><li>Maintains and follows all safety regulations with respect to occupational health as defined by Electric Machinery Company.</li><li>Aligns with Electric Machinery Company; Vision, Mission, Values, and Quality Policy.</li><li>Carry out any other duties as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Associates degree from a two-year college in a related field or certificate in related field and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience in a training role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Strong organization skills; ability to handle large amounts of detailed data and multiple ongoing projects.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written communication, including active listening.</li><li>Highly productive, self-motivated, passionate, creative, and focused.</li><li>Ability to perform job duties and take initiative with minimal direction and supervision.</li><li>Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to efficiently and effectively drive completion of training through appropriate personnel.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to propose, plan, and implement creative solutions in a team environment.</li><li>Proficient use of computer systems including Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP and HRIS systems.</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Work is performed majority of the time in the plant environment.</li><li>Ability to routinely move throughout the plant and office environment to perform work.</li><li>Must be able to carry 20 pounds unassisted production order packages around the plant.</li><li>Requires ability to ascend and descend stairs daily to reach all areas of the plant and office.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong></p><p>$60k to $70k annually</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company cannot provide sponsorship for this position</strong></p><p><strong>Please, no agencies</strong></p>",
