The successful candidate will help design and deliver meaningful learning experiences, support technical initiatives, and ensure our team is equipped to provide exceptional client service.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Responsibilities include:</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Onboarding &amp; Early Career Training</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver engaging onboarding training to new assurance staff (co-op students, new professionals, senior staff accountants, and supervisors)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and coordinate the delivery of timely, responsive training for entry-level staff throughout the year</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with assurance managers to identify training needs for entry level staff and develop practical, targeted solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide technical mentorship to entry level staff</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Firm wide learning and content development</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support and collaborate on firm-wide training (e.g. annual updates, practice inspection results, seasonal updates, file template changes, ad hoc training needs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop digital learning content (micro-learnings, pre-recorded modules, resources) for the firm’s learning management system (LMS)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to the modernization of learning strategies by suggesting innovative initiatives and staying informed on industry best practices in training delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to developing a culture of continuous learning and development</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Standards &amp; Quality Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with special projects including the development and maintenance of assurance tools, templates, and other internal resources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay current with updates in professional standards (ASPE, CAS, ASNPO) and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the firm</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Project Management &amp; Collaboration</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate multiple initiatives with assurance teams and HR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bring a thoughtful and organized approach to planning, executing, and documenting training projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work independently to manage long-term projects that are critical to the firm’s strategic goals and core values</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CPA designation (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">4–6 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a focus in assurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, CAS, and ASNPO or PSAS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven presentation and professional writing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated passion for staff development and supporting others’ growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Effective interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable, and collaborative mindset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Enthusiastic about ongoing learning and professional growth — a “lifelong learner”</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creative thinker with an aptitude for developing engaging and accessible training materials or content development preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experienced at explaining and breaking down complex technical standards into easy-to-understand material</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At our firm, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
