    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a Project Engineer II for our Consumer Products division. This role manages moderately to complex projects such as equipment installation, facility upgrades, process improvements, and automation. The candidate will support multiple manufacturing sites in Transformation and Continuous Improvement efforts, and collaborate with teams including NPD, Commercial, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, EH&amp;S, Finance, and other leadership groups.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management responsibilities for successful planning, preparation and execution of process improvement and capital projects.</li>\n <li>Responsible for developing and managing project budget, scope of work and schedule</li>\n <li>Develop and present documents needed for approval of capital funding to senior leadership</li>\n <li>Lead cross function teams to perform design reviews, risk assessments, and PPAP preparations/execution</li>\n <li>Direct and support project team through project risks and issues</li>\n <li>Communicate project status/metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot &amp; provide support to other teams as necessary</li>\n <li>Approximately 20-30% travel to other locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>\n<p>Technical:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing background with capital project experience is required</li>\n <li>Fundamental knowledge of machine design and operating principles</li>\n <li>Fundamental knowledge of machine repair and troubleshooting practices</li>\n <li>Fundamental knowledge of applicable codes and standards</li>\n <li>Fundamental knowledge with applicable product and process design techniques</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Personal:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and sound decision making skills</li>\n <li>Independent contributor who can excel in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Computer/Electrical Controls</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with computer based 2D &amp; 3D software (i.e., ACAD, Solidworks)</li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)</li>\n <li>Experience with programming and trouble shootings PLC and Robotic programming preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (4 Year ABET Accredited College Degree preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Why you will love working here:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day!
