Service, inspect and repair all boilers. Schedule all boiler start-ups and inspections. Maintain and manage parts inventory in stock room or service vans. Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment.</p><p>2. Perform and report the results of water analysis at customer&#39;s site.</p><p>3. Troubleshoot and repair boiler room equipment.</p><p>4. Utilize water management, maintenance, and inspection reports.</p><p>5. Create proposals for customer site improvements.</p><p>6. Manage installation projects of boiler and water treatment equipment.</p><p>7. Adhere to and support all of the company&#39;s Safety Health and Environmental program.</p><p>8. Maintain parts and tool inventory on service vehicle.</p><p>9. Perform other tasks as required.</p><p>Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):</p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li>High school diploma/GED</li><li>Technical background with mechanical and electrical experience.</li><li>Mechanical and electrical experience. Engineering degree preferred.</li><li>Strong computer skills: proficiency at creating reports using Microsoft Office or equivalent is a must.</li><li>Strong communication skills; able to lead presentations and meetings by explaining key concepts concisely.
