font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/WORK PERFORMED</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Offer confidential counseling to MFD employees and their families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in critical incident debriefings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Make referrals in cases where specialized attention in needed or in those cases beyond the chaplain's abilities or responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
