Who We Need We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our eBPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our clients' workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, create and post job advertisements, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands. Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Maintain and update recruitment systems and records accurately. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Must be based in the Philippines , with experience hiring locally to support building and scaling a regional team.
