In this role, you will be responsible for processing loan transactions, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation across a range of syndicated and bilateral facilities.</p><p><u><strong>Role and responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Process loan and payment transactions across agented, participated, and bilateral facilities</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of deals, including:<ul><li>Loan input and booking</li><li>Payment processing to lenders</li><li>Fee payments and invoice preparation</li><li>Generation of lender notices</li></ul></li><li>Monitor incoming funds in syndication accounts from lenders and borrowers</li><li>Own daily Corona reconciliations and past-due reporting, including:<ul><li>Investigating and resolving all open items on assigned accounts</li><li>Following up until full resolution</li></ul></li><li>Process assignments and amendments received from counterparties in a timely manner</li><li>Review and authorize transactions handled by the team</li><li>Set up, process, and reconcile insurance-related payments in line with internal procedures</li><li>Perform daily reconciliation of open items and ensure data integrity across systems</li><li>Collaborate closely with Middle Office, Loan Trading, and Loan Booking teams on daily operations</li></ul><p>#LI-MNRK</p>",
