As our Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, you’ll own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of this legacy program and take it to the next level. This is a high‑volume, high‑visibility, high‑impact role where you’ll shape how the next generation of Isaac consultants discover us, experience us, and choose us.</p><p>We have a flexible working environment and the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do.</strong></p><p><strong>End-to-End Program Ownership (Canada + US)</strong></p><ul><li>Own the strategy, operating model, and outcomes of the campus recruitment program across Canada and the US</li><li>Translate ambitious hiring targets into structured, scalable plans. Clear timelines, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation</li><li>Build a program that can scale from today’s size to significantly larger, multi-market volumes without breaking</li><li>Own program performance tracking.
