(Civil Engineering), M.Tech. preferred<br>• Courses in Structural Engineering preferred<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience:<br>• Minimum 15-18 years’ experience on construction site.<br>• Experience in executing various big Projects is mandatory.<br>• Knowledge of working with Project Management Consultants with at least 8 to 10 years of experience preferred.<br>• Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural.<br>• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package is must.<br>• Needs an experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and co-ordinating with all the Consultants.<br>• Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Description:<br>• Should plan and schedule all the project activities as per the timelines given by PIMO.<br>• Assist PIMO in ensuring timely work execution on site.<br>• Liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Government authorities to have smooth functioning at site.<br>• Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office.<br>• Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all.<br>• Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc.<br>• Guide the team of Engineers to plan and deliver the targets, which were mutually agreed upon.<br>• Groom the Junior Engineers in managing the site.<br>• Identify slippages/delays and initiate corrective action.<br>• Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit it to PIMO for further process.<br>• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.<br>• Prepare all MIS reports from time to time to facilitate decision making by PIMO.<br>• Ensure minimum wastage of material at site and suggest value engineering to reduce the cost wherever required.<br>• Ensure that the assigned work is completed as per the schedule by co-ordinating amongst the team members, contractors and consultants.<br>• Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time.</p>",
