You will own defined workstreams within projects, work closely with senior colleagues and clients, and build the foundational skills required to grow as a trusted advisor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects by owning defined workstreams and producing high-quality, client-ready outputs</li>\n<li>Conduct robust qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, translating findings into clear insights and practical recommendations</li>\n<li>Support project planning and execution by managing timelines, prioritising deliverables, and adapting to changing client needs</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats, including presentations, reports and client interactions</li>\n<li>Support the design and delivery of client meetings, workshops and internal sessions</li>\n<li>Build familiarity with Xynteo’s core frameworks, methodologies and focus areas, and rapidly develop knowledge in new topics or sectors</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams and geographies, contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture</li>\n<li>Demonstrate ownership of personal development, actively seeking feedback and learning opportunities</li>\n<li>Contribute, where relevant, to business development, thought leadership or internal initiatives beyond project delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, sustainability or a related field</li>\n<li>At least 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sustainability, or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in ambiguous contexts</li>\n<li>Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Strong organisation and time-management skills</li>\n</ul>",
