We create immersive, innovative live experiences for some of the world&rsquo;s most recognized brands. We are seeking an experienced <strong data-pasted=\"true\">Technical Producer</strong> to lead technical strategy and execution across complex, multi-format live events.</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Technical Producer is a senior technical role responsible for end-to-end technical vision, planning, and execution across large-scale, complex event programs. This role oversees multiple event types within a single engagement&mdash;such as keynotes, expos, breakout sessions, evening events, and hybrid components&mdash;ensuring technical cohesion, efficiency, and excellence throughout.</p><p>Acting as the primary client-facing technical authority, the Technical Producer leads and coordinates Technical Directors, Production Managers, Coordinators, and discipline-specific Specialists. This role owns technical workflows, budget strategy across core technical disciplines, and the removal of operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless delivery from concept through live execution</p><p>The Technical Producer works in close collaboration with the Executive Producer and Executive Creative Director, serving as part of the core leadership team for large-scale projects.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>7+ years of experience in technical production for large-scale live events, conferences, or experiential programs&nbsp;</li><li>Proven expertise managing multiple event formats within a single complex program&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple Technical Directors, Production Managers, and discipline-specific Specialists&nbsp;</li><li>Deep understanding of technical production systems and workflows across audio, video, lighting, rigging, scenic, and show control&nbsp;</li><li>Strong budget ownership experience across technical production line items&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced communication, organizational, and leadership skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience with CAD file management, operation and interpretation</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Experience supporting global or multi-city event programs&nbsp;</li><li>Background working with technology, corporate, or brand-driven clients&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with production management, budgeting, and scheduling software&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with hybrid, broadcast, or high-production-value keynote environments</li></ul><p><strong>CORE COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Technical leadership across complex event ecosystems&nbsp;</li><li>Client-facing technical communication and advisory&nbsp;</li><li>Vendor and partner alignment&nbsp;</li><li>Budget strategy and financial accountability&nbsp;</li><li>Workflow optimization and bottleneck removal&nbsp;</li><li>Risk assessment and contingency planning&nbsp;</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration&nbsp;</li><li>Calm, decisive leadership during live execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n",
