We want a leader with demonstrated industry experience and a history of career growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Lead the overall delivery of assigned construction projects as an MBP Representative, serving as the primary client contact and decision-maker. Guide multidisciplinary teams, establish program objectives, and align project goals with client expectations. Oversee budgeting strategies and process improvements while providing strategic input that enhances project success. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the efforts of designers, contractors, and owner personnel throughout all project phases</li>\n <li>Attend client meetings on behalf of MBP to present updates and recommendations</li>\n <li>Prepare, monitor, and manage client and internal project budgets</li>\n <li>Analyze and optimize internal and external project processes for efficiency</li>\n <li>Support business development initiatives and participate in company activities</li>\n <li>Oversee personnel management and maintain required certifications and recertifications </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who We Are Looking For:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and resolving construction project complexities.</li>\n <li>Proven success in defining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guidelines for various construction-related activities.</li>\n <li>Evidence of progressive career advancement within the construction industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in an industry-related field preferred</li>\n <li> Professional registration preferred</li>\n <li>Specialized technical knowledge in construction, construction management, and project controls</li>\n <li>Scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, and contract administration</li>\n <li> Construction techniques and principles</li>\n <li> Personnel and project management skills, including budgeting, leadership, training, and business development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Leading and training team members</li>\n <li> Communicating directly with clients and providing client care</li>\n <li> Possessing subject matter expertise with responsibility for the final work product in one or more service areas</li>\n <li> Managing multiple assignments simultaneously</li>\n <li>Identifying problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions from complex information</li>\n <li> Analyzing and improving internal and external processes</li>\n <li>Standing and sitting on project sites, climbing ladders, working at heights, and performing outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions</li>\n <li>Safely navigating construction sites with uneven terrain</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Guidance/Responsibility:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Work independently to find solutions while receiving general guidance on emphasis and approach</li>\n <li>Offer strategic input on budgeting, scheduling, and process improvement to support client goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Report to a Service Line Manager or Group Manager</li>\n <li> Provide leadership and oversight to assigned project teams</li>\n <li> Conduct analytical and management tasks independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re committed to providing the tools and support you need to succeed both personally and professionally.
