The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be responsible for a variety of tasks on active job sites, including preparing work areas, operating tools and equipment, loading/unloading materials, and supporting other tradespeople as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.  This role will be responsible for covering the following area: All of Tennessee, All of Kentucky, Northern Mississippi, and Arkansas.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.</li>\n<li>Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition, excavation, and material handling</li>\n<li>Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on each project.</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 75%</li>\n<li>Previous experience in construction or a related field</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction tools and equipment</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to safety and detail</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every project undertaken.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k)</li>\n<li>401(k) 4% Match</li>\n<li>401(k) matching</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Flexible spending account</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Life insurance</li>\n<li>On-the-job training</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>",
