    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for an IT Support Engineer  to be responsible for managing and optimising the company’s IT systems and support services. This includes overseeing network administration, systems management, hardware management and deployment, cybersecurity, and collaborating with other departments to align IT initiatives with the company’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and an understanding of business needs. <em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a 6-month contract role with potential for conversion to a full-time, permanent position contingent on business needs.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Execute on strategic IT, infrastructure, and Infosec projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the day-to-day activities of the IT Ops team to ensure timely resolutions of technical issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation for team processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are appropriate and met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and provide oversight on hardware and software management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support IT incident and problem management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support in  implementing a strategic long-term IT roadmap and strategy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure security and availability of networks, hardware, peripherals and enterprise network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support in the optimisation of IT Costs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support in the IT Supplier management of NA</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Own hardware lifecycle in NA </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support in maintaining network infrastructure in the NA region</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">We are looking for someone with:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">2+ years of previous experience in an IT role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience working with global IT teams across multiple timezones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience managing IT assets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience managing corporate network, including network components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace, JIRA, and Confluence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive knowledge of SAAS tooling and management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive experience of implementing and managing IAM platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive experience of managing MDM solutions across different platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive experience with Windows, Mac and Linux hardware based devices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you may be responsible for developing novel solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
