    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapist (PRN)</strong><strong>Location:</strong> 3385 Mariner Blvd Spring Hill FL 34609<strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, PRN<strong>Pay:</strong> $45–$47/hr (based on experience)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our outpatient orthopedic center as a PRN Hand Therapist. CHT preferred, but new grads with Level II fieldwork or OTs with 1+ year of hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply. Treat a variety of upper extremity conditions. Splinting experience a plus. Work alongside skilled hand surgeons and access mentorship for CHT certification.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today to be part of a growing national Hand Therapy program!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.</li>\n <li>Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.</li>\n <li>Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
