This role will assist in data collection, management, and reporting to ensure that Noora Health’s programs are effectively monitored and evaluated.<br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 56, 56); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Research Strategy and Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop research strategy, and manage the organization’s research agenda aligned with program priorities, donor requirements, and national/global development frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the design of research and thematic studies, operational research. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure research designs meet high methodological and ethical standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Research Implementation and Quality Assurance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee research implementation, including development of Terms of Reference (ToR), research protocols, data collection tools, sampling strategies, and analysis plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide technical oversight and mentoring to internal teams, consultants, and research partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with research ethics, informed consent procedures, and data protection standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in applied research, or publication management in development, NGO, or academic settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience leading research studies and producing high-quality publications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-size: 10pt\">Strong competencies in quantitative and qualitative research design and analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43);
