Weekly activities may include, but are not limited to, sports and games, free swim, beach visits, other outside activities, and chaperoning field trips. <strong>Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older by the start date.</strong></span></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Recreation Programs Division summer camps include full-day childcare, general-interest day camp, and specialty (art, theatre, dance, sports) day camps. Based on the needs, supervisory staff will assign camp placement based on counselor preference and availability. Additional questions within the application process will be used to assist with the camp placement process.</span></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">This camp runs for ten (10) consecutive weeks from </span><span style=\"line-height:107%;\">June 8 – August 14</span><span style=\"color:#000000;\">. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 2:15- 6:15 p.m. for the duration of the camp. After Camp Rec serves children in kindergarten through 8th grade and hosts three locations, including the Community Recreation Center, Gillson/Lakeview Center, and District 39 Elementary/Jr. High
