You’ll manage your territory<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> strategically</span>, maintaining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">strong customer relationships</span>, executing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">promotions and new product launches,</span> and achieving monthly and annual <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">targets</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re commercially minded, target-driven, and ready to own your region, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Step into a role where you’ll drive the success of OX products,<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> maximize sales</span> potential and grow your territory to new heights!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maximise Sales & Profits</span> – Grow customer sales across all OX product categories, delivering profitable gross margin returns and achieving territory annual budgets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Territory Mastery</span> – Manage your region to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets while ensuring excellent customer coverage and service levels.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Be a Sales Dynamo</span> – Maintain a structured call cycle, meet daily KPIs and continuously identify new business opportunities within your territory.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Key Account Growth</span> – Support and present National and Key Account initiatives to drive growth expectations set by senior leadership.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data-Driven Selling</span> – Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce & Sales-I) daily to analyse customer data, track performance and maximise “Live the Trade” growth opportunities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Promote & Grow</span> – Present OX promotional activities to increase sales, expand shelf space and strengthen in-store brand presence.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">New Product Champion</span> – Introduce new product launches consistently and ensure quarterly objectives are achieved.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Resource Management</span> – Effectively manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows Product Management support and in-store training initiatives.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand Ambassador</span> – Drive OX marketing initiatives, grow social media exposure in line with company guidelines and represent the brand at trade events and customer engagements.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Sales Experience</span> – Experience in field sales or account management. Construction or tool industry experience is advantageous but not essential.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Proven Sales Track Record</span> – A strong track record of growing accounts, winning new business and achieving sales targets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CRM Proficiency</span> – Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activity and drive performance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationship Builder</span> – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.</li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exceptional Communication Skills </span></span>– Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Self-Starter Mentality </span>– Driven, organised and motivated to exceed targets and identify new opportunities.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resilient Mindset</span> – Positive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full Driving Licence</span> – Essential.
