assist graduates with licensure applications</li>\n <li>Participate in student admissions, orientations, and departmental meetings</li>\n <li>Contribute to Advisory Committee planning and attend meetings</li>\n <li>Support the accreditation process and ensure ongoing program compliance</li>\n <li>Collaborate on student retention strategies and initiatives</li>\n <li>Help plan and lead faculty meetings and departmental projects</li>\n <li>Engage in systematic program evaluation and reporting</li>\n <li>Substitute teach as needed</li>\n <li>Coordinate skills lab operations and clinical site development, supervision, and evaluation</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate student records in alignment with organizational policies</li>\n <li>Actively participate in campus and corporate events and initiatives</li>\n <li>Serve on committees related to recruitment, admissions, retention, promotion, and graduation</li>\n <li>Maintain professional competence through continuing education, professional service, or industry involvement</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and implementing departmental and institutional policies</li>\n <li>Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license in the state of California</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing and three (3) years of clinical experience (required) Master's degree in Nursing (preferred)</li>\n <li>1-2 years of teaching in a LVN or RN program strongly preferred</li>\n <li>RN Licensure in the state of California</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set department-level strategic direction and influences organizational priorities</li>\n <li>Anticipate complex problems and proactively addresses them</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships through insight, empathy, and presence</li>\n <li>Communicate vision and priorities with clarity and inspiration</li>\n <li>Demonstrate exceptional listening, influencing, and negotiation skills</li>\n <li>Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and large-scale presentations</li>\n <li>Create accountability frameworks to ensure sustained performance</li>\n <li>Champion the use of technology, data, and systems for innovation</li>\n <li>Make impactful decisions with minimal oversight</li>\n <li>Anticipate future trends and translate insights into strategic breakthroughs</li>\n <li>Develop people to achieve both personal and organizational goals</li>\n <li>Foster a motivating environment that drives high performance</li>\n <li>Adapt style and approach to meet evolving demands in real time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Standard Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able and willing to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Communicate, think, learn, and reason</li>\n   <li>Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks</li>\n   <li>Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations</li>\n   <li>Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously</li>\n <li>Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position</li>\n <li>Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
