If you enjoy working outdoors, performing in front of groups, and delivering high-energy guest experiences, this role is for you.</p><p>In this role, you demonstrate Westgate’s core values of <strong>Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic</strong> in every interaction.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do as a Resort Experience Host:</strong></p><p>• Lead and facilitate a variety of entertainment-based activities and events for adults, children, and families.<br>\n• Host guest engagement programs such as trivia, bingo, games, contests, and recreational activities.<br>\n• Participate in special events and help create memorable, high-energy guest experiences.<br>\n• Use strong <strong>public speaking and hosting skills</strong> to engage and entertain groups of all sizes.<br>\n• Develop new activity ideas and contribute to enhancing resort entertainment programming.<br>\n• Maintain daily activity logs and track guest participation.<br>\n• Handle monetary transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.<br>\n• Assist guests with equipment rentals and check-outs using computer systems.<br>\n• Enforce safety guidelines while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.<br>\n• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and recreational facilities.<br>\n• Assist with inventory management and operational support as needed.<br>\n• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.</p>",
