Description

The Graphic Designer serves as a strategic creative leader within the marketing team, responsible for driving the development, execution, and evolution of high-quality marketing assets across digital, print, events, and sales enablement channels. This role partners closely with business and marketing stakeholders to translate objectives into impactful, brand-aligned creative solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives across Kaufman companies. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on designer who can manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity. You will play a key role in developing scalable design systems, supporting integrated campaigns, and delivering cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. Responsibilities Lead the design and production of marketing assets across digital, print, tradeshow, and sales enablement channels; ensure all deliverables meet high standards for design quality, brand alignment and effectiveness. Translate business goals and project requirements into thoughtful, strategic creative solutions. Develop, maintain and continuously improve library of templates that meet brand standards and can be used globally by marketing staff, including scalable templates, systems, and reusable assets to improve efficiency and consistency across teams. Serve as the primary creative and design lead on projects and development of marketing materials; provide clear project visibility, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Support and contribute to larger, more complex initiatives, offering creative direction and problem-solving expertise. Champion and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency and integrity across all deliverables. Act as a resource and advisor to internal teams on brand application and visual best practices. Lead periodic reviews of assigned materials in collaboration with senior stakeholders and SMEs, identifying and driving proactive updates and refinements to ensure materials remain current, effective, and aligned with business needs. Lead the creation and adaptation of advertising assets across channels, as assigned. Collaborate on the development of integrated campaigns and contribute creative input that enhances campaign effectiveness and audience engagement, including internal initiatives and charitable efforts. Work with Events Team to develop meeting themes and design execution for on-brand experiences. Design and oversee production of event-related materials, including signage, presentations, and collateral; ensure production readiness and manage vendor coordination as needed. Serve as a primary creative point of contact between Marketing and stakeholders, building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and aligning creative work with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience, with increasing ownership of projects Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution across print and digital Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva; experience leveraging AI tools for design efficiency preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and brand excellence Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment About Our Company H.W.
