This role uses surveillance technology and direct observation to support investigations, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Monitor guest and employee activity using closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and personal observation to identify potential criminal activity, regulatory violations, or internal control concerns.</p></li>\n <li><p>Capture, track, and document video evidence for compliance, investigations, and risk management purposes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Record and report questionable activities, preparing written reports for appropriate personnel.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and respond to alarm systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Review video footage to resolve disputes, identify suspicious or illegal activity, and support other departments as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain strict confidentiality of property and company-related information.</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate monitoring room equipment, including computers and camera systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support investigations and participate in court actions related to gaming violations when required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare accurate daily reports and logs of surveillance activities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct audits of operational procedures (e.g., count rooms, slots, food and beverage, cage, and security) and document findings.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all surveillance equipment functions properly during assigned shifts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct routine video surveillance and maintain detailed records of observed activities in gaming and non-gaming areas.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to requests from supervisors, management, regulatory bodies, and other departments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older.</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.</p></li>\n <li><p>One (1) year of experience in casino gaming preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to perform basic math and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, surveillance systems, and related software.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of all table games preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manual dexterity to operate surveillance equipment including computers, camera keyboards, and joysticks.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noise, and varying lighting conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Occasional exposure to cramped spaces, heights, and safety hazards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires frequent sitting and operation of surveillance equipment with prolonged visual concentration.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires manual dexterity, coordination, and physical agility for equipment operation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent use of vision and color recognition; regular verbal and written communication.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule - Grave shift (Overnights)</strong>Due to the nature of the gaming and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.</p>\n<p><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact</p></li>\n <li><p>Guided by strong NATIVE values and tribal-owned purpose</p></li>\n <li><p>Career stability and opportunities across diverse industries</p></li>\n <li><p>A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity</strong>Ho-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
