    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced <span style=\"color: black;\">HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes &amp; solutions, aligning to corporate policy &amp; best practices. The HR Workforce Systems Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to support Human Resource (HR) technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Dimensions Time &amp; Attendance, and Salesforce, and may be involved with several other HR technologies relating to workforce management and in recruiting.</span></span></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">KEY EXPECTATIONS</span></span></p><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories.</span></li>\r\n<li>Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) &amp; Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations.</li>\r\n<li>Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership.</li>\r\n<li>Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards.</li>\r\n<li>Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies</li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span></p><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">3+ years of experience in IT delivery.</span></li>\r\n<li>Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations).</li>\r\n<li>Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL).</li>\r\n<li>Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.).</li>\r\n<li>Experience with data migration.</li>\r\n<li>Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform.
