Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google &amp; Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Spearhead the visual conceptualization phase by developing comprehensive style proposals, sketches, and high-fidelity mockups for social commerce initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engineer scalable, modular design systems optimized for cross-platform deployment on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring strict adherence to interface safe zones and product tagging requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish and evolve the brand’s visual identity while providing strategic creative direction and mentorship to the design team to ensure cohesive execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Synthesize complex creative briefs into actionable design specifications in partnership with strategy and copywriting teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Enforce rigorous quality assurance standards, performing meticulous reviews to ensure technical precision and aesthetic excellence across all deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional stakeholders to align design outputs with client objectives, brand integrity, and performance-based conversion goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide creative oversight during on-set production for digital and social content to guarantee the visual vision is accurately translated into the final assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Streamline creative workflows through the implementation of standardized templates, organized file management, and process optimizations to maximize team efficiency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">6+ years of experience in senior or lead design roles, or as an Art Director, ideally within agencies with a strong digital or social focus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital advertising, social-first executions, and high-quality visual craft.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on shoot experience, with proven involvement in on-set direction and visual execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, with the ability to design effectively across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are consistently ranked as a top-3 retail media expert across South East Asia, managing ads across all ecommerce channels for many of the leading international brands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our state-of-the-art in-house MarTech automates a lot of manual work and allows you to run and optimize campaigns in more sophisticated ways, delivering superior results, with amazing reporting capabilities to easily oversee all campaigns across all channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will join an ambitious, entrepreneurial and rapidly growing (and fun!)
