font-size: 10pt\">Proven record of resolving complex automation challenges in production (e.g., flakiness at scale, map/canvas-based testing).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on application of AI in testing, including log analysis and AI-assisted exploration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Advanced proficiency in e2e and API automation frameworks such as Playwright, Rest-assured.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Ability to define and interpret quality metrics to build decision-oriented reporting systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Deep expertise in Agile Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Mandatory English communication skills (C1 Level);
