For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements </li>\n <li>Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners </li>\n <li>Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks </li>\n <li>Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes</li>\n <li>Experience working with pharmaceutical/life sciences clients</li>\n <li>Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures </li>\n <li>Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position will be primarily remote with the flexibility to travel to project site outside of Kansas City, Missouri one time per month. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Salary Range for this role is $<strong>125,000.00-$175,000.00 USD</strong> but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
