    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br>\n We are looking for a skilled React Developer with a strong front-end foundation to build scalable, high-performance web applications as part of a large, cross-functional team.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain modern web applications using <strong>React, TypeScript, and JavaScript</strong></li>\n <li>Build reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applications</li>\n <li>Integrate APIs and manage client-side state efficiently</li>\n <li>Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning</li>\n <li>Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with UX, backend, and product teams in a large-team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in <strong>React</strong></li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern ES6+ features</strong></li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>state management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query)</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>component-driven architecture and reusable design patterns</strong></li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>large engineering teams and enterprise-scale applications</strong></li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>performance optimization and debugging tools</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Good to Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Micro Frontends / Module Federation</strong></li>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rsbuild)</strong></li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>design systems and UI libraries</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
