Registered Veterinary Technician or Senior Veterinary Assistant – Emergency
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10AM - 8:30PM OR Sunday-Thursday 7AM-5:30PM
Salary range of $25-$40 per hour plus a $5.50/hr shift differential!

About the role:
As an ER Vet Tech, you'll be an essential part of our veterinary team, providing vital support to our veterinarians in ensuring the utmost care and comfort for our clients' cherished pets.
Salary range of $25-$40 per hour plus a $5.50/hr shift differential!
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10AM - 8:30PM
Some duties you will own in this role: Assist veterinarians during treatments and procedures. Monitor critically ill or injured patients closely. Collaborate with the team to ensure around-the-clock care and treatment coordination. Offer compassionate care and support to patients and their owners. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as bloodwork and imaging. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Monitor and maintain medical equipment. Communicate with pet owners regarding patient updates and treatment plans. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide emergency care as needed.
Schedule: Full-Time - 4/10 Schedule Sunday - Wednesday 10AM - 8:30PM or Sunday-Thursday 7AM-5:30PM Basic Required Qualifications: High school diploma 2+ years of clinical experience in an ER/CCU setting required Strong interpersonal skills Consistent and reliable ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, client invoices and estimates, and other position-related calculations Maintain the California Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP); must obtain within 60-days of hire or transfer into this role; (this requirement is waived if incumbent holds a valid CA-RVT license) Benefits: Highly competitive and comparable wages based on experience and skill set.
