This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Why is Penske Logistics for you?</strong><br>\n  &nbsp;<br>\n  We take pride in offering a competitive wage and great benefits including:&nbsp;<br>\n  &nbsp; <strong>Schedule:</strong> Wednesday -Saturday &nbsp;3pm- until finished.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Pay: 19.08 plus $1 shift differential</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Additional Benefits:</strong><br>\n  • Paid Time Off<br>\n  • Medical Insurance<br>\n  • Dental Insurance<br>\n  • Vision Insurance<br>\n  • Life Insurance<br>\n  • 401K<br>\n  • Associate Referral Program<br>\n  • $125 Boot allowance after 90-days of employment</p>\n<p>Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization!</p>\n<p><strong>Cold Storage facility: 28° F to 55° F</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>\n  • Accurately match numbers &amp; letters<br>\n  • Accurately stage and sort products for loading<br>\n  • Maintain a clean and safe work area<br>\n  • Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets<br>\n  • Move materials within the warehouse<br>\n  • Complies with all safety requirements<br>\n  • Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)<br>\n  • Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system<br>\n  • Quality control<br>\n  • Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received<br>\n  • Complete daily logs<br>\n  • Communicate with associates from other shifts<br>\n  • Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information<br>\n  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs<br>\n  • Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets<br>\n  • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved,<br>\n  &nbsp;gathered, or distributed<br>\n  • Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms<br>\n  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or<br>\n  &nbsp;shipping department<br>\n  • Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards<br>\n  • Uses computer to enter records<br>\n  • Prepares parcels for mailing<br>\n  • Maintains inventory records<br>\n  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)<br>\n  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several<br>\n  &nbsp;locations for shipment (where applicable)<br>\n  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor</p>",
