This is a full-time position offering a 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient mix, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the program evolves.</p>\n<p>• Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM• Call: 1:3 shared call with three other cardiologists• Mid-level Support• Licensure: Active Illinois license preferred</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Package:</strong>• Base salary starting at $550,000+, commensurate with experience• RVU-based production incentive available</p>\n<p>• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision,life,and malpractice with tail</p>\n<p>• Generous PTO</p>\n<p>• CME Allowance</p>\n<p>• Relocation Allowance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who We’re Looking For:• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology (General or Interventional)• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence• Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-quality healthcare environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
