In collaboration with the ADON manages daily and monthly staffing, daily shift assignments, and payroll to obtain efficiency and reduce overtime and agency utilization. Is accessible, approachable, and visible to staff; seeks staff input; and serves as clinical mentor. Actively assists staff on routine matters and is first line of response to problem-solving. Ensures clinical competencies of staff and identifies areas in need of improvement. Communicates pertinent information to Assistant Director.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred. BLS (CPR),and ACLS are required. Two (2) years of progressively more responsible nursing experience, one (1) year of which shall have been in the service to which the candidate is applying.</p>",
