The world can’t wait. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems in enterprise environments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience designing and implementing software solutions using object-oriented programming principles</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience debugging, testing, and resolving software defects</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing and integrating software components within distributed systems or database environments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and software design principles</li>\n <li>Ability to develop algorithms that meet defined system performance and functional requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to prepare and maintain software and system documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of software engineer experience or a HS Diploma or GED and  11+ years of software engineer experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice If You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS and JavaScript</li>\n <li>Experience developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or NodeJS</li>\n <li>Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience deploying applications using containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting applications within AWS cloud infrastructure environments</li>\n <li>Experience working with MongoDB or Elasticsearch databases</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using build automation tools such as Gradle</li>\n <li> Knowledge of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) architecture principles</li>\n <li>Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.    </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $72.12 to $84.14 per hour.
