Installs, maintains and repairs equipment and facility.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Install, maintain and repair facility, equipment and grounds</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor and make adjustments and repairs as necessary to facility systems and equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with other departments solving engineering related complaints and problems</li>\r\n\t<li>Manager multiple projects within strict time constraints</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Job Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use hand and power tools, safely and efficiently</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use a multi-meter</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to troubleshoot equipment using a schematic or wiring diagram</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience in all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and refrigeration</li>\r\n\t<li>Some administrative abilities needed</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
