We foster an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A day in the life:</strong></p>\n<p>The GMP Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and compliant environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. This role ensures that all production areas, equipment, and support spaces meet strict cleanliness and hygiene requirements to support product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.</p>\n<h2>What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine and deep cleaning of production areas, cleanrooms, and support spaces in compliance with GMP standards.</li>\n <li>Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and high-touch surfaces following approved SOPs.</li>\n <li>Prepare, label, and properly use cleaning solutions in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and company procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete and maintain accurate cleaning logs, documentation, and batch records as required by quality systems.</li>\n <li>Follow gowning procedures and maintain strict adherence to contamination control practices.</li>\n <li>Identify and report any deviations, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervision immediately.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste and cleaning materials per regulatory guidelines.</li>\n <li>Support audits and inspections by maintaining compliance with GMP and company standards at all times.</li>\n <li>Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory levels are low.</li>\n <li>Participate in required GMP, safety, and compliance training programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation to and from work sites</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work assigned hours</li>\n <li>Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Harvard Promise</h2>\n<p>Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
