Summary: This role supports the execution of complex, mission-critical aviation and national airspace initiatives within a large federal environment. The effort focuses on improving the safety, security, efficiency, and operational effectiveness of aviation systems through the delivery of modernized technology, data-driven capabilities, and enhanced program execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and utilize training materials for government employees throughout the and education. Advise government employees on the available training and development opportunities organization. Schedule training activities for government organizations as well as for individuals. Identify training and development opportunities outside the existing known avenues. Manage the budget for government employee training and development. Build and maintain a library of resources for government employee training. Education and Experience Associate degree 5 years of related experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be a US Citizen. This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal. Required Certifications: None Compensation: The estimated starting salary range for this position is $92,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience.
