    "description": "<p>We are hiring a Laborer to perform a variety of tasks to include moving offices, equipment, furniture, and<br>assisting with special events and associated tasks.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What you will support:</p>\n<p>US Army Chemical and Biological Center</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct various tasks to include manually moving stock, materials, loading, and unloading<br>equipment/furnishings; and the set up/break down of tables/chairs and ancillary related items.<br></li>\n<li>Follow directions from the Contractor Supervisor and COR while working independently and as a team.<br></li>\n<li>Communicate with the Contractor Supervisor, COR, and other personnel.<br></li>\n<li>Operate a variety of trucks, forklifts, and tools to perform assigned daily tasks to deliver materials or<br>equipment (i.e., Maryland Class A Trucks, Buses, etc.).<br></li>\n<li>Pick up and deliver off-post materials and equipment within a 30-mile radius as directed.<br></li>\n<li>Perform tool crib and supply room duties, tracking tools and supplies IAW Army Regulation (i.e., sign-out<br>and sign-in).<br></li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service both to internal and external customers while working collaboratively to<br>build professional relationships (i.e., personnel, customers, etc.).<br></li>\n<li>Identify safety concerns to the Contractor Supervisor and other required stakeholders (i.e., DOD, ARMY,<br>OSHA, ANSI, etc.).<br></li>\n<li>Handle and transport materials, equipment, and related items for offices, warehouses, and related special<br>events.<br></li>\n<li>Provide and assist with the required data to the Contractor Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix<br>of all related matters.<br></li>\n<li>Ensure all administrative functions/paperwork are in order relative to receipt documentation<br></li>\n<li>Ensure work orders, or internal paperwork, are accomplished on time and in the required format<br></li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail.<br></li>\n<li>Support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Required Experience</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of (2) Years of Laborer/Moving Experience, High School Diploma/GED, and an active CLASS C<br>Driver’s License.</li>\n</ul>",
