The new dining experiences will bring De Laurentiis’ signature fusion of classic Italian cuisine and modern California influence to the Chicagoland region.</p>\n<h2><strong> Summary</strong></h2>\n<p>The Sorella by Giada Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. This position ensures accurate order taking, food and beverage delivery, and adherence to service standards while creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at assigned tables.</p></li>\n <li><p>Present menus, explain daily specials, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately input food and beverage orders into the POS system.</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.</p></li>\n <li><p>Process guest payments accurately (cash, credit, comps, rewards).</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section, side stations, and dining room.</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all company service standards and steps of service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Comply with all state and local alcohol service regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote property events, promotions, and loyalty programs when appropriate.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or GED required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
