In this role, you’ll track and manage inventory for one of our customers, making sure records stay accurate and up to date. You’ll dive into cycle counts, solve inventory mysteries by researching discrepancies, and help bring everything back into balance through reconciliation. The internship goal is to align inventory of both our customer and our systems as well as develop and establish the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for continuous inventory accuracy.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you enjoy staying organized, spotting details others might miss, and working in dynamic environments, this role is for you. You’ll travel between sites, experience both warehouse and outdoor settings, and play a key part in keeping operations efficient and on track.</p><ul><li>Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm</li><li>Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform inventory counts of various products for a particular customer and research discrepancies to identify root causes and support reconciliation efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare, distribute, and respond to email follow-ups summarizing inventory findings and corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in placing products on inventory hold and removing items from hold status when authorized.</li><li>Participate in customer inventory audits and support audit preparation and documentation and send inventory count reports as requested.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize the Camelot Warehouse Management System (WMS) to access inventory reports and review item history.</li><li>Operate handheld scanning devices to scan barcodes, verify locations, and move inventory.</li><li>Use inventory tools and equipment including flashlights, monocular/binoculars, scanners, and tape measures.</li><li>Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>This position requires work in both indoor warehouse settings and outdoor storage/yard environments.</li><li>Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.</li><li>Work areas may include uneven surfaces, active vehicle traffic, and material handling equipment.</li><li>Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.</li></ul>",
