font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULED DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct outreach and follow-up with inbound leads, referrals, or prospect athletes generated by marketing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hold discovery calls to understand each athlete’s goals, sport level, and representation needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Present agency services, including representation, marketing, NIL support, and sponsorship placement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate and finalize agreements with athletes, teams, or sponsorship partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain organized records and communication logs in CRM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with agency staff for contract processing and onboarding once agreements are signed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly contract targets.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
