Other benefits include LTD and life insurance, all paid entirely by the Firm, and a 401(k) plan that includes profit sharing.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What you will be doing</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Collaborate closely with key team members, including auditors, analysts, and client representatives, to align on engagement objectives and client expectations.</li><li>Review and ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness of audit documentation for associate and senior associate work.</li><li>Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, monitor progress to meet deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate engagement schedules, ensure team members are informed and appropriately assigned.</li><li>Lead engagement planning, including budgeting and risk assessment, by proactively collaborating with client management and the team.</li><li>Delegate tasks based on engagement budgets and communicates expectations to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor engagement progress, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with quality control standards throughout the audit process.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical expertise to our team members and clients while staying updated on industry standards.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What you must&nbsp;have</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university, and/or equivalent years of experience.&nbsp;</li><li>CPA license or actively pursuing CPA license.</li><li>150 credit hours for CPA certification or actively pursuing.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance.
