This role sits at the center of Finance&mdash;connecting forecasting, working capital, and project performance to ensure the business remains financially strong and operationally agile.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Cash &amp; Liquidity Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee daily cash positioning, banking activity, and transactions (ACH/wires)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure liquidity for payroll, operations, and projects while optimizing excess cash</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner across A/R, A/P, and WIP to improve working capital and cash flow</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage bank relationships, fees, and compliance (KYC)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Debt</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain cash flow and liquidity forecasts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage credit facilities, loans, and leases</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure covenant compliance, reporting, and risk visibility</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advise leadership on interest rates, refinancing, and capital strategy</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Operations &amp; Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support monthly close with treasury reconciliations and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead A/R and A/P teams to drive timely billing, collections, and payments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate financial insights into clear guidance for non-financial stakeholders</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with project-based accounting, preferably in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or professional services industry would be highly advantageous</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Excel modeling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A balanced player/coach leadership style that is decisive and principled while remaining respectful, supportive, and solution-oriented.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to explain complex financial liquidity to non-financial stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), MBA, or CPA is a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To regular full-time and part-time employees who regularly work 30 or more hours per week</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Healthcare for you and your family: Medical, Dental&amp; Vision insurance. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law.
