    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the department.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Creating and implementing policies that ensure the accuracy of credits on patient accounts.</li><li>Overseeing the staff of the revenue cycle department</li><li>Managing work queues and staff work flows</li><li>Communicating with insurance providers and reviewing policy changes for payers.</li><li>Analyzing credit accounts and working with Manager on trends causing credits on an account.</li><li>Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings</li><li>Train new staff along with the department manager.</li><li>Work with the department manager on staff production and quality .</li><li>Train staff on any performance issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Specifications</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of one year experience.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p><ul><li>Previous Lead or Supervisory experience within revenue cycle or contract variance .</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><ul><li>Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
