We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<p>The Lead CCT will work in collaboration with the unit leadership to promote a positive work environment by facilitating teamwork, coordinated patient care, unit initiatives and projects for non-licensed personal.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will schedule and perform duties of a CCT.</li>\n <li>Maintain a satisfactory performance evaluation and is interested and willing to be a Team leader. </li>\n <li>Should be a role model in hourly rounding and handoff and available to coach and validate other non-licensed personnel in these expected behaviors. </li>\n <li>Will function as an informal leader and assist unit leadership in holding non-licensed personal accountable for core values. </li>\n <li>Will assist unit leadership with non-licensed personal scheduling.</li>\n <li>Will be an advocate and help drive organizational initiatives. </li>\n <li>Will be active members of the Tech Engagement Committee and attend greater than 50% of the meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kelemen 8 is a medical-surgical unit that cares for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, illnesses and disease processes. North and South 8 have telemetry capabilities for our patients. Kelemen 8 has frequent admissions and discharges. </p>\n<p>Kelemen 8 can accept a total of 77 patients. The North side houses 37 patients, and the South side houses 36 patients. There are two negative pressure rooms with an anti-room. </p>\n<p>There is a pharmacist present on the unit to assist the RNs with medication questions/concerns. Multidisciplinary rounds occur every Monday through Friday. Rounds involve all aspects of the healthcare team, including the patient and family. </p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School/GED required.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of Patient Care Technician training and have an active Patient Care Technician Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>AHA Basic Life Support certification required</li>\n <li>Successful completion of one of these certifications: CPCT-A</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must meet all requirements of a Certified Critical Care Tech.</li>\n <li>Exemplifies informal leadership qualities and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Promotes positive working environment by facilitating teamwork.</li>\n <li><p>Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with patients, visitors and</p><p>coworkers.</p></li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates strong organizational skills and sets priorities appropriately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Shift Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time days, 36 hours a week</li>\n <li>hours: 7a-7:30p with weekend/holiday rotation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $21.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $33.00",
