Assists in planning, organizing, and executing all functions to ensure Table Games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Constantly review staffing needs and recommend increase/decrease in staffing levels to coincide with business demands.</li>\n <li>Ensures departmental policies and procedures are adhered to as directed by the Table Games Management.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the day-to-day activity that occurs within the assigned pits. </li>\n <li>Communicate all relevant information pertaining to gaming activity, Team Member performance, Guest win/loss as defined by threshold requirements, and other proceedings.</li>\n <li>Assist in resolving team member issues, responsible for motivating team members to ensure they are providing quality service.</li>\n <li>Assist supervisors to ensure that the table games operations are being managed in accordance with company standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain an active presence on the casino floor at all times.</li>\n <li>Exhibit professional behavior and act as a role model for Team Members.</li>\n <li>Coach for success and address any behaviors that deviate from Monarch Casino Resort Spa policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Exhibit professional behavior and act as a role model for Team Members.</li>\n <li>Be approachable at all times for Guests and Team Members.</li>\n <li>Reiterate information that is communicated on a daily basis at the pre-shift huddles.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of Two years of Table Games experience and six months of Supervisory </li>\n <li>experience is required.</li>\n <li>Must have a good working knowledge of all table games, including methods of cheating, card counting techniques, and basic playing strategies.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift</li>\n <li>The ability to acquire and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.</li>\n <li>Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>The ability to use math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using fractions/whole numbers and percentages.</li>\n <li>Able to develop effective problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.</li>\n <li>The ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors</li>\n <li>The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.</li>\n <li>The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and other departments.</li>\n <li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Not only does Monarch offer a luxury experience for guests we offer luxury benefits to our Team Members as well!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Full Time Team Members (30+ hours) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>6 Observed Holidays and Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Health Benefit Insurance Package after 90 days includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k with company match</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition, we are offering you a $600 referral bonus for every friend/family that you bring after you start.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part Time and Full Time Team Members (TMs) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 Free Hot Meal per shift and Unlimited Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks</li>\n <li>Up to 48 hours of Sick Pay for Team Members Under 30 hrs per Week</li>\n <li>80% Subsidized Bus Transportation Options</li>\n <li>Free Covered Parking</li>\n <li>Education/Tuition/Certification Reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year)</li>\n <li>Wardrobe/Uniforms and Dry Cleaning Provided Free of Charge for most positions</li>\n <li>Career Development and Advancement Programs</li>\n <li>Team Member Anniversary Recognition (earn resort credit, vacation trips and more!)</li>\n <li>Team Member Hotel, Retail and Spa Discounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
