    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold;\">We are looking for a CNC Mill Machinist to join our 2nd shift in Tualatin, OR.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">CNC Mill Machinist Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Operate CNC mill machines to produce parts according to technical specifications, drawings, or blueprints</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor machine functions, ensuring they are operating correctly and efficiently</span></li>\n<li><span>Load raw materials onto the machine</span></li>\n<li><span>Secure the workpieces ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate machining</span></li>\n<li><span>Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check the dimensions of finished parts</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure the parts meet quality standards and specifications, adjusting as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span>Continuously monitor the machine's operation during the machining process</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow instructions carefully from setup technicians, programmers, or supervisors</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored when not in use</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in a precision machine shop environment</span><br></li>\n<li><span> Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&amp;T)</span></li>\n<li><span>At least 6 months of experience in machine tool operation or 6 months machining training, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Training in basic shop and measurement math, including linear measurement, metrics, algebra and geometry</span></li>\n<li><span> Familiarity with ISO documentation and processes is a big plus</span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pay:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Competitive pay based on experience</span></li>\n<li><span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Employees on the 2nd shift receive an addition 10% differential towards their pay</span></span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> 10% differential = Hourly Pay X .10</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span> Eligible for Overtime </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision</span></li>\n<li><span> Life and Disability: Life and Accidental Death &amp; Dismemberment, Long Term Disability</span></li>\n<li><span> 401K Retirement Plan (3% company match)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About us:</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> </span>A Silicon Valley leader in manufacturing and assemblies, Calmax Technology, Inc. manufactures precision machined parts and provides turnkey assembly to Fortune 500 customers across technology, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.
