With over 700 employees and growing, we have thousands of years of combined electrical utility experience to draw from when committing to provide our clients with a wide range of utility services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager will provide overall administrative, technical, financial, and resource management of the project from initial bid preparation through completion. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the project safely, in accordance with quality standards, on time, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will provide guidance and oversee multiple project managers or assistant project managers.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators with independent work portfolios</li>\n <li>Work with safety personnel to ensure that project is being built in accordance with OSHA and company regulations and that proper training is occurring</li>\n <li>Responsible for the project financials and contract management</li>\n <li>Work closely with the Project Management Organization to ensure consistency and adherence to organizational best practices</li>\n <li>Work closely with the construction management to ensure successful delivery of the project</li>\n <li>Define problems, collect information, and establish facts to provide an appropriate resolution</li>\n <li>Lead pre-construction efforts in bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors</li>\n <li>Setup, organize, update, and maintain electronic and printed files of project documents utilizing various systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint; Primavera P6; EcoSys; QuickBase; B2W; and others</li>\n <li>Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers</li>\n <li>Monitor support construction through communication with superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret and act on terms and conditions within contracts in consultation with PAR West’s legal team to protect company’s interest while maintaining good relationships</li>\n <li>Review cost reports and evaluate methods to reduce cost while maintaining productivity</li>\n <li>Manage budget projection for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project</li>\n <li>Responsible for project cost forecasting, monthly cost to complete development, and accuracy of reporting</li>\n <li>Responsible for the invoicing or payment application process as well as monitoring the quality of weekly labor and equipment hours, material, and subcontractor reporting</li>\n <li>Responsible for productivity, efficient use of materials/equipment, and contractual performance of the project</li>\n <li>Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings, including monthly project reviews, as required, including the formulation of the agenda and minutes.
