We seek CNAs who provide excellent customer service, are skilled, have the highest standards of cleanliness, are med tech trained or able to become trained, and have positive attitudes with a “can-do” spirit.  You will report to the Nurse Supervisor and work closely with the housekeeping, facilities, and program services staff as part of a team. <br></span></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>CNAs help The INN </span><span>Between’s</span><span> residents with their activities of daily living and pass medication (with appropriate delegation). CNAs are responsible for meal service, dining room service, </span><span>light </span><span>housekeeping</span><span>/</span><span>laundry, resident activities, and supplies organization/inventory. CNAs play a very special role in providing social and emotional support, especially at the end of life, in addition to daily support to maintain a peaceful and pleasant community environment.  The ideal candidate will have previous ALF or SNF experience and compassion for/experience working with people experiencing homelessness. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Fulfil scheduled CNA shifts with minimal call-outs</span><span> and appropriate notice for time off</span><span> to ensure continuity of care for our residents.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Demonstrate compassionate bedside </span><span>manner</span><span> to all clients. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Provide personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with personal hygiene, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning, providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Assist with cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, shower rooms and common areas. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Provide adjunct care by administering nonsterile dressings, ice packs, heat treatments, therapeutic baths. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span>Maintain client stability by checking vital signs and
